Chilblains are the painful inflammation &#111&#102&#32small b<s></s>lood vessels in your skin that occur in res&#112&#111&#110se to sudden warming from cold tem<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />peratures. Also &#107&#110&#111wn as pernio, chilblains can cause itching, red pa&#116&#99&#104es, swel<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />ling and blistering on extremities, such a&#115&#32&#111n your toes, fingers, ears and nose<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />.
</p>
<p>
Chilblains &#117&#115&#117ally respond well to treatment and clear up within&#32&#111&#110e to thre<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />e weeks, though they may recur seasonally&#32&#102&#111r years. Treatments typically consis<input id="apps" type="hidden" />t of lotions a&#110&#100&#32medication. While Chilblains don&#8217;t usually result in permanent i&#110&#106&#117ry, they c<input id="stats" type="hidden" />an lead to infection, which may cause se&#118&#101&#114e damage if left untreated.
</p>
<p>
The bes<input id="stats" type="hidden" />t approach to&#32&#99&#104ilblains is to avoid developing them by limiting y&#111&#117&#114 exposure t<input id="apps" type="hidden" />o cold, dressing warmly and covering ex&#112&#111&#115ed skin.

<p>
From May &#116&#104&#114ough August of this year, a total of 2,403 Salmone<input id="apps" type="hidden" />&#108&#108&#97 enteritidis infections connected to contaminated &#101&#103&#103s have been reported in <s></s>the United States. Of thes&#101&#44&#321,470 are thought to be associated with the recall&#101<input type="hidden" />&#100&#32eggs.
</p>
<p>
What makes this outbreak different from pa&#115&#116&#32outbreaks is that bacteri<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />a were found in the eggs,&#32&#110&#111t just on the outside. Salmonella enteritidis appe&#97&#114<input id="counter" type="hidden" />&#115 to infect the ovaries of healthy hens and contami&#110&#97&#116es the eggs before the she<input id="apps" type="hidden" />lls are formed. The feed&#32&#103&#105ven to hens has been identified as a likely source&#32&#111&#102<input id="phpint" type="hidden" /> the infection.
</p>
<p>
People with Salmonella enteritid&#105&#115&#32infection develop a fever, <input id="tracker" type="hidden" />abdominal cramps and di&#97&#114&#114hea within 12 to 72 hours. The illness usually las&#116&#115&#324<input id="phpint" type="hidden" /> to 7 days. Otherwise healthy people recover with&#111&#117&#116 need for antibiotics. For s<s></s>ome — in particular &#101&#108&#100erly, infants and those with impaired immune syste&#109&#115&#32<input id="stats" type="hidden" /> diarrhea can be severe, resulting in dehydrati&#111&#110&#32and need for hospitalization.<input type="hidden" /> Infection may also s&#112&#114&#101ad from the intestine into the bloodstream and can&#32&#99&#97use<input id="stats" type="hidden" /> death without prompt treatment.
</p>
<p>
Scary. What &#99&#97&#110 you do to protect yourself an<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />d your family?
</p>
<ul>
<li>Don&#8217;t eat recalle&#100&#32&#101ggs — they may still be in grocery stores, resta&#117&#114&#97nts <input id="phpint" type="hidden" />and homes. Discard the eggs or return them to &#116&#104&#101 retailer for a refund.</li>
<li>Keep eg<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />gs refrigerated to &lt;45 F (&lt;7 C) at all times.</li>
<li>Cook eg&#103&#115&#32until hard — not easy over. The yolk and white s&#104&#111&#117ld no<input type="hidden" />t run or drip at all. (Pasteurized eggs are s&#116&#105&#108l safe. Pasteurization kills the<input id="counter" type="hidden" /> bacteria.)</li>
<li>Don&#8217;t use cracked or&#32&#100&#105rty eggs.</li>
<li>Wash everything — including hands, ute&#110&#115&#105ls and<input id="apps" type="hidden" /> surfaces — after contact with raw eggs.</li>
</ul>
<p>&#10&#73&#110 July the Food and Drug Administr<input id="apps" type="hidden" />ation enacted new&#32&#114&#117les that require large egg producers to purchase c&#104&#105&#99ks and <input type="hidden" />hens from suppliers who monitor birds for s&#97&#108&#109onella, to test birds for Salmonel<s></s>la enteritidis, &#116&#111&#32refrigerate eggs promptly and establish measures t&#111&#32&#112revent s<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />pread of bacteria throughout the farm by p&#101&#111&#112le, equipment, rodents and pests. A<input type="hidden" />re these change&#115&#32&#101nough? Or should more be done?
</p>

<p>Livi&#110&#103&#32with the constant feeling of sleepwalking through &#108&#105&#102e has made<input id="phpint" type="hidden" /> me feel like a stranger in my own body.&#194&#160&#32I feel like an Insomnia Zombie.  I t<input id="counter" type="hidden" />hink that ter&#109&#44&#32Insomnia Zombie, nicely sums up the way I feel mos&#116&#32&#100ays.  Walk<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />ing around and trying to live your life&#32&#116&#104e best that you can.  At the same tim<input type="hidden" />e feeling as&#32&#105&#102 the world is against you or that you are fighting&#32&#97&#110 uphill batt<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />le that cannot be won.  It can be won&#32&#97&#110d will be won! </p>

<p>With the amount of pe<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />ople suffer&#105&#110&#103 from Insomnia, there is an equal amount of tired &#112&#101&#111ple searching<input id="counter" type="hidden" /> for any Insomnia<strong> </strong>Cures.  With today&#226&#128&#153s technology and most apparent, the Inte<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />rnet, find&#105&#110&#103 solutions to problems has gotten easier.  When I&#32&#102&#105rst started lo<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />se sleep, it was only a few hours at&#32&#97&#32time that would disappear from my sleep r<input id="apps" type="hidden" />epertoire&#46&#194&#160 Then those few hours I was losing turned into ful&#108&#32&#110ight’s sleep <input id="phpint" type="hidden" />lost.  I wasn’t just losing a co&#117&#112&#108e of hours of sleep anymore; I in turn wasn’t slee<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />ping at &#97&#108&#108.  Not to say I wasn’t tired, on the contrary, &#73&#32&#119as extremely exh<input id="stats" type="hidden" />austed and wanted sleep like an al&#99&#111&#104olic wanting its bottle.  I became cranky <input id="stats" type="hidden" />and dis&#105&#108&#108usioned.  I spent my entire day being tired beyon&#100&#32&#98elief but could n<input id="counter" type="hidden" />ot do anything to remedy it.  I &#117&#115&#101 to say to myself, ‘there has to help out <input id="apps" type="hidden" />there&#128&#157&#44 and I was right.  That is when I turned to the W&#111&#114&#108d Wide Web and fou<input type="hidden" />nd a community of fellow suffere&#114&#115&#44 and every member of this community was tryin<input id="stats" type="hidden" />g to &#107&#105&#108l the monster.  Knowing the Monster of Insomnia c&#111&#117&#108d be killed or at l<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />east wounded, made me feel bett&#101&#114&#32about my situation.  I am not alone and I do <input id="phpint" type="hidden" />not &#104&#97&#118e to suffer a lone, nor do I need to find a soluti&#111&#110&#32to this problem all <s></s>by myself.  I have a communit&#121&#32&#111f people that share a common goal: slay the mon<input type="hidden" />ste&#114&#32&#111f Insomnia.</p>

<p>Give me my sleep, give me my life.  &#73&#32&#116ruly believe those wo<input id="counter" type="hidden" />rds.  Learning to live with &#73&#110&#115omnia is not an answer for me, nor should it be <input id="apps" type="hidden" />fo&#114&#32&#121ou.  I deserve to fall asleep when I so desire, a&#110&#100&#32I have a right to.  I<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />t is my sleep, I deserve it,&#32&#103&#105ve it to me.  But as we all know, there is no co<input id="apps" type="hidden" />m&#109&#117&#110ication with Insomnia, or even a chance to negotia&#116&#101&#32with it.  It is here, <input id="stats" type="hidden" />and it is a monster.  Tryi&#110&#103&#32to yell at Insomnia is like trying to yell at a wa<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />&#108&#108&#46  It will not answer, nor will it even acknowledg&#101&#32&#121ou.  What you have to d<input id="counter" type="hidden" />o is knock that wall down!&#194&#160&#32 The wall can come down and the monster can be de&#102<s></s>&#101&#97ted.  All analogies aside, Insomnia hurts all of &#105&#116&#115 sufferers, and we do not<input id="tracker" type="hidden" /> want to suffer any longe&#114&#46&#194 Suffering with Insomnia is a temporary way of li&#118&#105<input id="counter" type="hidden" />&#110g. </p>

An infection of nail fungus occurs when f&#117&#110&#103i infec<s></s>t one or more of your nails. A nail fungal &#105&#110&#102ection may begin as a white or yel<input id="apps" type="hidden" />low spot under t&#104&#101&#32tip of your fingernail or toenail. As the nail fun&#103&#117&#115 spreads<input id="tracker" type="hidden" /> deeper into your nail, it may cause your &#110&#97&#105l to discolor, thicken and develop <s></s>crumbling edges&#32&#226&#128 an unsightly and potentially painful problem.
</p>
<p>
&#65&#110&#32infection<input id="stats" type="hidden" /> with nail fungus may be difficult to tre&#97&#116&#44 and infections may recur. But medic<input id="apps" type="hidden" />ations are ava&#105&#108&#97ble to help clear up nail fungus.

<p>You were not bo&#114&#110&#32with insomnia and there is no reason why you shoul&#100&#32&#108ive <input id="stats" type="hidden" />with it.  You did not suffer insomnia when yo&#117&#32&#119ere 10 years old; it just sneaked up on y<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />ou later on in life&#32&#100&#117e to stress, or an illness or you cultivating slee&#112&#32&#100estro<input type="hidden" />ying habits.</p>

<p>Insomnia is not a disease, it&#32&#105&#115 simply a fact that you have mom<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />entarily lost your&#32&#98&#97lance (even if that moment lasts for 15 years) and&#32&#105&#116 is im<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />portant for you to understand and see that i&#116&#32&#105s possible for you to recover tha<input id="apps" type="hidden" />t balance and reg&#97&#105&#110 sound sleep without resorting to sleeping pills o&#114&#32&#97 whole <input id="counter" type="hidden" />host of things that do not work or give tem&#112&#111&#114ary relief.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>If you are worrying<input id="apps" type="hidden" /> your nights awa&#121&#44&#32having trouble sleeping or if you wake during the &#110&#105&#103ht watch<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />ing the “merry go round” start all ove&#114&#32&#97gain, the “worry habit” is high<input id="phpint" type="hidden" /> on your list o&#102&#32&#115uspects.  Anxiety and chronic worrying are deeply&#32&#105&#110grained m<input id="counter" type="hidden" />ental habits that destroy your sleep, but&#32&#116&#104e good news is, mental habits can be<input id="tracker" type="hidden" /> changed.   &#79&#110&#101 thing you need to do to get out of the worrying h&#97&#98&#105t and anxi<input id="stats" type="hidden" />ety and shift to a mindset conducive to &#115&#108&#101ep is to:</p>

<p>·        Focus on your breathing</p>

<p> </p>&#10<p>&#194&#183        Imagine yourself relaxi<input id="counter" type="hidden" />ng in a warm&#32&#98&#101autiful setting like lying on the beach looking at&#32&#116&#104e sea, at th<input id="counter" type="hidden" />e clouds, at the sky and  let your mi&#110&#100&#32wander</p>

<p>·        Use <strong>Insomnia<input id="counter" type="hidden" /> Buster Tra&#99&#107</strong>&#32in the evenings, even if its purpose is not to put&#32&#121&#111u to sleep. <input id="stats" type="hidden" /> - you can check this out on their we&#98&#115&#105te -  Most people including myself just<input id="tracker" type="hidden" /> use it fo&#114&#32&#114elaxation which I find it works extremely well, it&#32&#118&#101ry often sends<input id="stats" type="hidden" /> me to sleep.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>·        Us&#101&#32&#116he Fall Asleep Track when you are ready t<input id="counter" type="hidden" />o go to b&#101&#100&#32and focus on the pulses.  Don’t try to fall asl&#101&#101&#112, instead focus<input id="phpint" type="hidden" /> your attention on the pulses and n&#111&#116&#105ce how they are gradually getting slower.<input id="counter" type="hidden" /> Allow &#121&#111&#117r mind to wander and allow your body to feel progr&#101&#115&#115ively more and m<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />ore relaxed</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Keeping your attent&#105&#111&#110 on something as dull as the pulses will be<input id="phpint" type="hidden" /> increa&#115&#105&#110gly difficult, especially since they will help you&#114&#32&#98rain to downshift<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />” and leave the realms of fast &#98&#101&#116a thought inducing brainwaves to go into a p<s></s>rogres&#115&#105&#118ely calmer and calmer state of mind.   This work&#115&#32&#108ike magic.  Try i<input type="hidden" />t and see how soon you drift awa&#121&#46</p>&#10<p> </p>

<p>Have an evening routine that makes a transitio&#110&#32&#102rom daytime to night <input id="apps" type="hidden" />time.   You need to let you&#114&#32&#98rain activity subside during night time by makin<input id="stats" type="hidden" />g &#105&#116&#32a habit to unwind with things like meditation, rel&#97&#120&#97tion etc. </p>
<p>Take it eas<input type="hidden" />y and avoid strenuous activi&#116&#121&#32less than 3 hours prior to bedtime. </p>
<p>Avoid confro<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />n&#116&#97&#116ion or task that taxes your brain, fill it with ch&#105&#116&#116er chatter or causes yo<s></s>u anxiety. </p>
<p>Bore yourself t&#111&#32&#115leep by doing mundane tasks like paper work or rea<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />&#100&#105&#110g a text book </p>
<p>Take a warm dissolving and relaxing&#32&#98&#97th.   Your body temper<s></s>ature will rise at first b&#117&#116&#32it will ease drastically helping to send you to sl&#101<input id="counter" type="hidden" />&#101&#112. </p>
<p>Make your bedroom cosy and harmonic (the cosier&#32&#116&#104e better) and make it a r<input id="stats" type="hidden" />oom just for sleeping and&#32&#109&#97king love. </p>
<p>Avoid things that tell your brain to e&#110&#103<input id="apps" type="hidden" />&#97ge in activities </p>
<p>Make sure you have silence exter&#110&#97&#108 noises can disrupt your s<input id="counter" type="hidden" />leep </p>
<p>Make your room as &#100&#97&#114k as possible in the evening (use dimmer switches &#105&#102&#32<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />possible).   Sleep mask is also an excellent ide&#97&#32&#102or blocking out light. </p>

<p>The fact remains: <a href="http://sleepinducing.com"  class="alinks_links" onclick="return alinks_click(this);" title=""  style="padding-right: 13px; background: url(http://sleepinducing.com/wp-content/plugins/alinks/images/external.png) center right no-repeat;" rel="external">sleep</a> and relaxation are equally as important, if not mo&#114&#101&#44 t<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />han diet and exercise.  It&#8217;s our body&#8217;s way of recuperating.  Think of us &#97&#115&#32say… a rechargeable battery<input type="hidden" />.  When we <a href="http://sleepinducing.com/"  class="alinks_links" onclick="return alinks_click(this);" title=""  style="padding-right: 13px; background: url(http://sleepinducing.com/wp-content/plugins/alinks/images/external.png) center right no-repeat;" rel="external">sleep</a> our mind and body go through a re&#112&#108&#101nishment process.  We can compare batteries being&#32&#105&#110ser<input type="hidden" />ted into the charger to our climbing into bed f&#111&#114&#32a long slumber.  Only when th<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />e charger is plugged&#32&#105&#110, however, do the batteries begin to recharge.  W&#101&#32&#99an e<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />quate this to our sleep process.  But for som&#101&#44&#32&#8220;plugging in&#8221; to good sleep remains extremely difficult.</p>

<p>Experts,however,have suggested that only 1 in&#32&#51&#32people suff<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />er from a chronic disorder.  But regar&#100&#108&#101ss of its frequency, our emotional and<input id="tracker" type="hidden" /> physical we&#108&#108&#32being is in danger as a loss of sleep wreaks havoc&#46&#73&#109paired conce<s></s>ntration, diminished memory, constant &#104&#101&#97daches and the increased risk of substa<input id="stats" type="hidden" />nce abuse a&#110&#100&#32motor vehicle accidents are some of the major fact&#111&#114&#115 of prolonged<s></s> insomnia.</p>
<p>Signs and Symptoms:</p>
<p>Signs &#97&#110&#100 symptoms of insomnia/lack of sleep diff<input id="apps" type="hidden" />er from pe&#114&#115&#111n to person.  Some individuals may suffer from an&#120&#105&#101ty approaching<input id="phpint" type="hidden" /> bedtime, while others fail to feel &#114&#101&#102reshed even after getting and abundant am<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />ount of s&#108&#101&#101p.  Other symptoms may include; not being able to sleep des&#112&#105&#116e being extreme<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />ly tired, daytime drowsiness, irrit&#97&#98&#105lity, feeling of depression, and impaired <s></s>ability &#116&#111&#32perform normal activities.</p>
<p>Types of Insomnia:</p>
<p>Two &#116&#121&#112es of insomnia a<input id="counter" type="hidden" />re prevalent; chronic and short term.  Chro&#110&#105&#99 diagonoised insomnia, or on-going insomnia<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />, occur&#115&#32&#97t least three nights a week over a month&#8217;s time.  There are two&#32&#99&#108assifications of <input id="counter" type="hidden" />chronic insomnia;</p>
<p>Primary Insomnia: Insomni&#97&#32&#110ot related to any other health or medical pr<input id="apps" type="hidden" />oblems&#46<br />&#194&#160<br />Secondary Insomnia: Insomnia caused by an underlyi&#110&#103&#32medical condition <input id="stats" type="hidden" />(physical and mental), medicatio&#110&#44&#32or poor sleep environment.<br />Short term (transie<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />nt) i&#110&#115&#111mnia is lack of sleep lasting for one night to a f&#101&#119&#32weeks.  Intermitte<input id="apps" type="hidden" />nt insomnia is the last class o&#102&#32&#105nsomnia and is characterized by &#8217;bouts&#8217; of insomnia, or insomnia occurring<input id="apps" type="hidden" /> fro&#109&#32&#116ime to time</p>
<p>It has proven extremely difficult for &#116&#114&#101ating insomnia for p<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />atients and care providers ali&#107&#101&#46Every person presents his/her own set of unique<input type="hidden" /> pr&#111&#98&#108ems and circumstances.  There exists no cure-all &#102&#111&#114 people suffering fro<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />m chronic sleep problems; rather physic&#105&#97&#110s aim to treat the condition through a multi-fac<input id="apps" type="hidden" />to&#114&#105&#97l approach. The Four of the most popular methods f&#111&#114&#32treating insomnia incl<input id="counter" type="hidden" />ude:</p>
<p>Reconditioning: Recondi&#116&#105&#111ning therapy is a method which involves re-organi<input id="stats" type="hidden" />z&#105&#110&#103 the environment a person uses to nothing more tha&#110&#32&#97 place of rest.Reading <input id="phpint" type="hidden" />or watching TV in bed  mus&#116&#32&#98e stopped, and used  only to sleep.</p>

According to&#32&#97&#110 April 2010 state<input id="stats" type="hidden" />ment from the National Institutes&#32&#111&#102 Health (NIH), a number of factors could pla<input id="tracker" type="hidden" />y a ro&#108&#101&#32in whether you develop Alzheimer&#8217;s disease. However, more resear&#99&#104&#32is needed before m<input id="stats" type="hidden" />odifying any of these factors ca&#110&#32&#98e proven to prevent Alzheimer&#8217;s.

The NIH report was devel<input id="apps" type="hidden" />oped &#98&#121&#32an independent panel of health professionals and p&#117&#98&#108ic representatives <input id="apps" type="hidden" />who reviewed the most current r&#101&#115&#101arch on Alzheimer&#8217;s prevention. The panel found that studies<input id="counter" type="hidden" /> to &#100&#97&#116e have varied too much in size, scope, criteria an&#100&#32&#100efinitions to compar<input id="counter" type="hidden" />e results and draw reliable co&#110&#99&#108usions.

Although more research is needed to d<s></s>efi&#110&#105&#116ively prove which Alzheimer&#8217;s prevention strategies are effectiv&#101&#44&#32some purported strate<input id="phpint" type="hidden" />gies are healthy choices that&#32&#112&#114omote good overall health:
